Realmspace

Realmspace is the crystal sphere that contains the world of Toril and its celestial bodies, floating within the phlogiston of the Spelljammer universe. It serves as the solar system of the Forgotten Realms setting.

• The Crystal Sphere: A vast, transparent shell that encases the solar system, protecting it from the phlogiston beyond.
• Toril: The central and most notable planet, home to Faerûn, Kara-Tur, Maztica, and other continents.
• Other Planets: Realmspace contains several other celestial bodies, including:
• Selûne: Toril's moon, central to many cultures and faiths.
• Coliar: A gas giant with floating islands inhabited by aarakocra and lizardfolk.
• Karpri and Chandos: Water worlds with little solid land.
• Glyth: A lifeless, barren planet, sometimes associated with mind flayers (illithids).
• Garden: An asteroid belt full of life and strange creatures.
• H'Catha: A disc-shaped planet with a massive central spire, inhabited by beholders.
• The Phlogiston: A luminous, flammable fluid outside the sphere, connecting Realmspace to other crystal spheres (solar systems)
