Weave

The Weave is the primary method in which raw magic is accessed and used by spellcasters. Controlled by Mystra, goddess of magic, the Weave flowed through almost all of the world, save dead magic zones. There exists an alternate weave called the Shadow Weave, which is under the control of the goddess Shar.
