Located deep in the Sea Ward of Waterdeep this tent shop sells a number of magical goodies. It is found amongst the Troll Mart, a connection of back allies and tunnels that make up this licit market. Not licit for what they sell but because they are unregistered and do not pay taxes.
Run by the eponymous Mr. Kashdan, a half-elf who is also one fourth dwarvish. This shop sells every number of magical artifacts and items one could want, quality not withstanding. He sells everything from potions, to armor, to magical artifacts. All at very reasonable prices.
