Rictavio
Rictavio is a flamboyant half-elf bard who recently arrived in the town of Vallaki, bringing with him a touch of color and excitement to the otherwise dreary surroundings. Dressed in vibrant clothing adorned with feathers and bells, he is hard to miss as he strolls through town with a confident stride and a friendly smile for everyone he meets.
Claiming to be a carnival ringmaster from a far-off land, Rictavio has a knack for storytelling that has quickly made him a favorite at the Blue Water Inn.
