Elmo is the proprietor of The Shattered Dragon Inn in Ylraphon. He is a fatherly type whose skills as a host are unparalleled in town. Years of his life have been spent building up a quality business; these days, he mostly enjoys the company of tavern-goers while his staff keeps the place running. Further, Elmo's enthusiasm for Dragonchess has resulted in many an impromptu game.Elmo is well-liked in town. He is greeted by name whenever he takes walks in Ylraphon. He dresses in the comfortable thread of an older man who knows what he likes to wear. Elmo walks with a cane but does not otherwise project an image of infirmity.
