The ROOK
The ROOK - Ruling of Our King - is an artificial personality construct powered by magic. It was created to supervise the individually-governed City-States of Tarrah for the Five-Point Authority.
It watches and interacts with the populace of Tarrah through its terminals, which include a space in which to write and a glass screen displaying the ROOK's responses, information, images, and, when not in use, the ROOK's glowing indigo eye. The construct also has use of several drone-like constructs, floating orbs capable of imprisoning dissenters and delivering them to a local prison or holding cell. The location of its central brain is unknown, but its presence in sheer number of terminals is strongest in the City-State of Bazhou.
