New Rexhest
Once a part of the Shallmi empire, New Rexhest took back its name when it broke away in a bloody independence war. It's now one of the main political enemies of Shallmi. In order to combat Shallmi's forces, a strict militaristic culture was developed. All young men are required to serve at least three years in the army.
