The few elves who came to Ullt were killed by an entity known as the Despair, except on the Third Plane. Here, they used their long lifespans to foster the preservation of more delicate creatures, working to create a peaceful and idyllic society under Uralia Lake. Mortal species want for nothing and are treated like beloved pets. It works. Mostly.
