Whithand is often called the Jewel of the North. A massive city built along the edge of a seaside cliff overlooking the Maahaav Gulf, it is the glory of Cruidia.

Industry & Trade

Exports of wool and hides from the livestock are the key livelihood of most of the inhabitants. Whithand is also famous for its ice exports. Large floating icebergs are harvested from the Maahaav Gulf and stored in magical carts, that keep the ice frozen for travel to the south, largely to Rhesos and Southern Naraga. A large sum of Whithand's revenue also comes from limestone mining, where they sell much of it to their western neighbors in Wradia.

Natural Resources

Land fit for agriculture is scarce, but hardy, wooly livestock thrive on the countryside. Highland cows, sheep and goats dot the landscape, grazing on rough tundra grasses.
