Minotaur

Minotaur are a species of humanoid bovine that can be found all across Exorsia. Minotaur are an incredibly rare species with their numbers gradually declining.
Legends say that the Minotaur were once spawns of the Abyssal Lord Baphomet, formally humanoid worshippers and prisoners transformed into the Minotaur and driven into frenzy to bring destruction to Exorsia. While they were not successful, many Minotaur fled into the world, abandoned by Baphomet. The God Ares would then take them under his wing, seeing potential in their strength and power, becoming their Divine Patron.
Minotaur make great warriors and tend to gravitate towards places of conflict or battle due to their connection to Ares. They are rarely known to settle down in one place for long.

Appearance:

Minotaur are commonly broad shouldered and naturally strong, they have human-like bodies covered in thick fur, hooves instead of feet and a bovine head and horns.
Fur: Minotaur fur ranges from tones of brown to greys, whites and blacks.
Eyes: Minotaur tend to have brown coloured eyes.

Maturity:

Minotaur mature faster than humans, reaching adulthood by the age of 10.

Reproduction:

Minotaur reproduce similarly to humans. The gestation period for a Minotaur is around 12 months.
