Blood Riders

The Blood Riders are a mercenary company that operate out of Stormspoint. They are the most ruthless and dangerous mercenaries money can buy, famed for riding upon tamed Wyverns.
The Blood Riders are led by the self proclaimed King, Vyraxion Bloodaxe, a former prisoner who took control over the city after a prison riot. While they claim rulership over Stormspoint they do little to enforce it, with the Merchant Council doing most of the actual ruling.
