Essence

Matter and energy

Essence is the matter and energy which makes up the world. When ordered, it can make all of Creation , without this order it exists as The Wyld and the Fair Folk who dwell there. Also called "breath" it is the spark of life, and the body that surrounds it, the air which the creature breathes, the food that sustains them, and the fire that keeps them warm. Beings that can channel and control Essence are called gods. When mortals control it they are called Exalted .

Manifestation

When a beings own Essence is being used there is little to no sign of it. When a being borrows the Essence of its surroundings the effects are noticeable as a bright light
