Steven Darling is a man who knows how to get what he wants without raising a weapon or even his voice. Living this kind of life has made him pretty closed off from others, as he knows just how easy it would be to turn them toward or against him. A fickle and plastic individual, Steven has a very pessimistic outlook on life, and prefers to live the good life before it all burns down. He is unaware that he is an Evo.

Basic: His winning smile causes most people in a 10 foot radius to feel at ease around him. With eye contact, a target becomes Marked and he learns their name, age, and occupation. He can only Mark one target at a time.
Minor: Chatting with a Marked target for 5 minutes gives him more information as they begin to really care for him. He learns more specific information about who they are and where they come from, and maybe their ability if they don't consider it secret. Typically it would seem natural for Steven to know these things, as if they had told him already.
Normal: A good, long conversation will cement Steven as their new best friend. He learns most things that the Marked target would consider unsafe to tell others after 10 minutes and the target would feel at ease telling these things to their bestie. After all, who could they trust but Steven?
