Everything about Rick if that's even his real name is unknown until he came into the states and became a citizen. He never works but always has a house and a nice car so many think the government takes care of those things for him in exchange for information or certian services.
Rick met Ian a few years back at a Bike meet and after a brutal fight that left Rick with a nasty scar on his forehead the two have been almost like brothers. He joined the Redeemers without a doubt wether he hates Evos or simply just wants to be with Rick is unknown but his loyalty is clear.
