Randall has always struggled to refrain from mentioning his less palatable observations which might often escape the notice of others, earning him a rather prickly reputation. Potential effects include jamming wireless connections, eliminating all visible light and even withstanding catastrophic levels of ionizing radiation. On lower levels the field of effect can be limited by solid objects.

Minor: Blocks or disrupts wireless connections or limits a partial range of the visible color spectrum within a modest radius.

Personal history

Born the youngest child of what can be described as a rather average middle class family, Randall Winters may have escaped the greatest of expectations, there was nonetheless much pressure not to fall short of the others. Though he has shown talent in some areas, he has mostly failed to follow through with enough commitment to secure an avenue for a stable livelihood. Music is something of an exception, but despite being something of a virtuoso especially with string instruments, Randall's prospects have been limited by a number of factors within and without his control, perhaps the most notable being his tendency to make poor impressions through his observant yet blunt notions and somewhat lacking cooperation. Combined with the tensions over his nature as an evo, he eventually ended up seeking better fortunes in New Victoria. This has been both a success and a failure. On one hand he keeps stumbling from one odd job or gig to the next in search of employment that'll satisfy his standards and tolerate him as something more than a backup option. On the other, the autonomy has given him the opportunity achieve personal growth and find company of his own kind, perhaps even some unexpected path to explore.
