Chaos in the streets of Rostand late last night, as an altercation between what reports state were four Evolved Humans injure 2 and critically injure another. Reports are still incoming, but early indications show that AERI was not involved in the altercation until after its conclusion when Inferno and Victory arrived on scene. NVPD are working together with AERI, despite the uncertainty over the organizations continued existence, in order to identify what occurred there. Residents of Rostand are recommended to avoid the scene and stay indoors for the time being.
We'd be remised not to report that this is the third confirmed report of possible vigilante action against potentially criminal Evos this station has received. NVPD has been asked but refused to comment for the time being as these reports are still under investigation.
