Examples of Type 1 Actions

Technology Manipulation allows Nathaniel to adjust, write or remove software after either making a physical connection or a network connection using a device he is touching. Examples include removing basic firewall software, generating code for a program, and adjusting code to a program.
Robot Constructor requires the necessary materials to actually craft a physical robot in front of him, and instills an Operating System of a sophistication equivalent to EP used to create it.
Basic: (Manip.) Able to communicate with and read the general capabilities/purpose of a piece of technology; Able to remotely use the functions of a computer or electronic device as intended from a distance of 50 feet. (Constructor) Able to create a functional electronic device with the complexity of a voice recorder, or a simple robotic entity the size of a baseball or smaller. The robotic entity will have a simplistic OS and will carry out small tasks like moving a small object or cleaning an area, and will last about 10 minutes after construction. The time on a constructed object can be extended with additional use of EP. If the focus on the device stops, it reverts to its parts and shatters.
Minor: (Manip.) Able to communicate with and remotely use the functions of a computer or electronic device, and able to change the purpose of software to a minor degree from a distance of 50 feet. (Constructor) Able to create a functional electronic device with the complexity of a bluetooth/RF transmitter or a network switch, or a robotic entity the size of a small dog or a basketball. The robotic entity will have a fairly developed OS designed for a specified purpose, such as a chess playing robot or a vehicle that can use GPS to Navigate (but not at the complexity of self driving), and will last about 10 minutes after construction. The time on a constructed object can be extended with additional use of EP. If the focus on the device stops, it reverts to its parts and shatters. One favored example is a hoverboard akin to New Goblin’s glider.
Normal: (Manip.) Able to communicate with and remotely use the functions of a computer or electronic device, and able to change the purpose of software to something very different than originally intended (E.g, a search engine will write and send a ransomware virus to nearby electronics) from a distance of 50 feet. (Constructor) Able to create a functional electronic device with the complexity of a smartphone, or a complex robotic entity the size of a large dog or small human. The robotic entity will have a sophisticated OS and can carry out specific tasks that require an average human's logic and reasoning, and will last about 10 minutes after construction. The time on a constructed object can be extended with additional use of EP. If the focus on the device stops, it reverts to its parts and shatters.

Eisenhower with perfect accuracy he read, as well as providing the year the encyclopedia was published. (User) Able to create permanent ‘smart’ electronics and cybernetic enhancements, and perform Normal-level actions using said enhancements. E.g, Mechanically-assisted strength to produce an output of 2.5 times that of a normal human for a short duration; Mechanically-assisted running speed to reach speeds of 45MPH over a period of one hour; craft a new exoskeleton akin to an Iron Man suit (without repulsors, Mark IV sophistication) that can be retrofitted with modifications and gadgets. An exoskeleton created this way will require voice, fingerprint and facial identification to be used normally, or to be hacked with a very sophisticated software. Constructed devices via the Constructor power can be used to temporarily improve these movements for as long as those devices last.

Personal history

Even from a young age, Nathaniel had a knack for technology.
His early life was spent around a computer, gaming systems, and friends to dominate in whatever games they played. Among the friend circle, it was more of a competition to see who would get second place because “first was reserved for Nate”, especially after he found out he didn’t even need to press any buttons, just think of the input he wanted to give the games in a macro format. Eventually he would delve into modding and hacking his games to make them more challenging or give him an edge in competition, speaking with the game’s programming to figure out mechanics and tweaking them as needed. He published multiple mods for various games of different platforms, and garnered the attention of a hacking group known as Morpho, who invited an adolescent Nathaniel into their fold. Unbeknownst to him, it was his own father that petitioned that Nathaniel join the group, and was a close mentor under the alias ‘Nemesis’.
The jobs were simple: acquire inside information on high-profile tech, pharmaceutical and investment companies to either profit from the rise and fall of stock prices, or ransom their private information under threat of leaking it to the general public. And for years, he excelled at it, gaining a lot of profit in his time with the group. Then someone in the group slipped up, compromising the entirety of the organization to the FBI. It was only due to the quick thinking and complete wipe of their systems via his evo abilities that Nathaniel saved the operation, but the close call at the hands of someone incompetent drove him to more legal pursuits to avoid imprisonment.
Quickly earning his degrees in computer sciences and a degree in robotics, he ventured into the workforce, only to find the prospects before him simple, dull and not as lucrative as his previous endeavors. Then, a brazen idea formed in his mind: he now knew about computer systems more than arguably anyone else in the world, so why not return to his old ways. But not with Morpho, no; he would operate alone, so that no idiots could compromise his operations. Devising a plan, he developed an insidious computer code that would hack into banking systems, slowly siphoning funds from large transactions across the banking network and removing almost every trace that the funds were secured and wiping the records of the account the transactions were made for. As an added security measure, in case he were ever discovered as an Evo, he sought sanctuary in New Victoria. His identity as an Evo remains secret, but one cannot be too careful, even in calculated risks.
