Mileena Millennia ’s personality can be described as a mixture of nice, clean-cut, frank, energetic, stubborn, picky, stingy and sly. She is also extremely petty, sadistic and vengeful towards anyone who sufficiently displeases her. She is quite cunning, mischievous, and somewhat sadistic, usually playing foul, tricking, and at times manipulating, humiliating others. Despite her somewhat sadistic nature, Mileena actually has good values behind her motives, and can be quite empathic.

Power: Psychic Shielding Through concentration, the user is able to project transparent fields of abnormally durable protective psionic force...The shapes they make can be hollow, solid, or a combination between them where it is hollow in the center, but solid through the rest of the shape. The smallest force projection they can visualize and maintain is the size of a marble. The largest solid force projection they can visualize and maintain is about four meters in diameter. While most barriers are quite solid, the user can occasionally produce barriers that have a built-in amount of give which can be used to cushion the fall of allies. A barrier which suffers more damage than it can withstand will crack and eventually break. The shape and size of a Barrier can be manipulated. The process of shrinking or creating an opening in a barrier appears to be virtually instantaneous and aside from defensive purposes, it may be undergone to remove a barrier from the path of one's attack without dispelling it all together. Not without its flaws, this ability has many drawbacks. It can not be used effectively when the user is distracted either emotionally or physically from extreme pain. When there is a high level of background interference in the nearby vicinity, such as heavy rain, it becomes difficult to conduct an accurate barrier formation.

Examples of Type 2 Actions

Basic: The user generates a smooth, transparent barrier whose shape and size can be freely altered. When it is activated, a glowing barrier appears on the user's hand or in correspondence with the body part it was cast from. Since it is capable of hovering, it leaves the user's hands free. It can move along with the user or remain fixed where it was cast. This moderately sized barrier can be cast remotely to protect an ally, it can generally be deployed anywhere within five meters of the user, although the distance oscillates according to the user's power. General Physical Condition

Mileena is a girl with an athletic stature, standing at a height of 1m75 and weight of 65kg. She has a tall frame, yellow eyes, and gray hair. A few bangs tend to stick up from her head, including a particularly long lock of hair that ends in a curl. The girl is rarely seen without a sadistic, cocky, smirk that often displays her very prominent canines, and has the tendency to widen the pupil of just an eye whenever she grins

Personal history

Born into a desperately poor family, Mileena lived a life of hunger and want. That lasted until a nameless man made her family an offer they could not refuse. In exchange for their daughter, Mileena’s parents were offered enough money to escape from abject poverty. They signed over custody of Mileena to the man and never saw their child again. The nameless man represented a secret organization that had identified some potential or unique qualities in Mileena. Even to this day, the true purpose of the organization is as yet unrevealed to Mileena; all she knows is that the man had asked her and the other children to refer to him as The Maker, and in return, they were his Children of Tomorrow.
Along with roughly a hundred other children, Mileena was subjected to a brainwashing process, essentially having all of her memories erased and reset to zero. This was done to purge information considered useless for combat purposes. Children were assigned numbers rather than names. As a result of this process, they tended to lack communication skills and basic humanity, and were intended to be loyal to their masters. Over the following years, they forged Mileena into a human weapon. She received training in espionage, gymnastics, and all manner of martial arts. At some point during the training there was a selection phase, where especially talented subjects were promoted to the final stage. These subjects were renamed with numbers a second time, though the new number seemed to indicate their elevated ranking in the program and individual strength, with No. 0 being the strongest, and No. 1 being the second strongest. After a long period of time, once they were deemed worthy, the Children received greater trust and responsibilities and were sent on dangerous covert missions across the land.
Though initially loyal, over time Mileena began to question the morality of some of her assignments. On her twelfth birthday, after realizing the child was growing soft, the Maker decided to send Mileena on a particularly dangerous mission and ultimately abandoned her on the killing field. Miraculously, Mileena managed to survive against overwhelming odds though suffered a terrible wound to her neck and head. When the girl was found months later by the mercenary Night Raid, she was not unlike a beast, with blood and dirt smeared all over her body and drool coming from her lips. Night Raid tamed her fair and square with her fists, subjugated and dragged her back to her base of operations. At first, Mileena proved to be a very difficult case. Though still retained a faint hint of emotions, most of her behavior was governed by standing orders from the Maker, who she viewed as her ultimate authority figure. Like a perfect soldier, Mileena essentially exists to obey - she will carry out any order, without hesitation, from a recognized authority figure, provided it does not conflict with the Maker's directives. In a rather extreme example of this, she thought nothing of taking her own life after Night Raid halfheartedly suggested it, and stopped only because it would prevent her from carrying out orders. Over two years, through her prolonged exposure to Night Raid and her mercenary group, their relationship slowly becomes more solid and Mileena manages to regain her emotions. Finally, Night Raid decides to trust Mileena and adopt her.
