Basically, Gettis can become an unstoppable force. His body can withstand incredible amounts of force and pressure, (He could survive a car landing on him from 20 feet above) and his skin cannot be pierced by normal means, be it blades or bullets. He can also run at speeds comparable to a speeding bullet, or faster, with the reflexes to match.
Basic: People can't hurt me! Taking a hit from an expert normal boxer without injury. Bullet Dash! Running up to 30 MPH for 10 minutes without a break.
Minor: Come at me! Taking a hit from a Enhanced Condition Evo below his rank and treating it like a normal injury. Machine Gun Blow! Punching something at a rate of 30 punches a second in one attack, as well as running 65 mph for 5 minutes without a break.
Normal: Put 'em up! Taking a hit from an Enhanced Strength Evo below his rank and treating it like a normal injury. Run away! Gettis books it and reaches speeds up to 100 MPH for 1 minute.

General Physical Condition

Gettis is a cherub faced middle schooler with brown skin, brown-red eyes and red-red hair. He usually wears a dingey tank top and some ratty jeans, with no shoes. They all tear apart as he runs, so why bother? He's always got a fire in his eyes, and somehow pearly white teeth that he flashes in his frequent smiles.

Personal history

After being abandoned at the age of 6 to the wilderness, Gettis was essentially raised by himself and by the wild. He ended up coming into New Victoria after a particularly long jog landed him there. He wasn't sure what compelled him to stay, but he could see other people doing amazing things with their abilities. Maybe he'd meet some people that wouldn't recoil at the sight of him.
