Personal history

Orphaned at the young age of five due to his parents dying in a hate crime, Charlie lives with his disabled Grandmother. Not really in control of his powers he had once transported himself out of his Grandmother's shack and into his neighbor's yard. His Grandmother often tells him that he will grow out of The Wards and live in the luxury Heights peacefully. Charlie knows not to take his neighborhood lightly, but now (since he is older) feels that he rather likes the shady deals that go around him even though he is somewhat gullible. He works as a shoe shiner to bring in some money, but he does not hesitate to grab a loose wallet if he sees it. He usually helps his Grandma around the house since she is confined to a wheelchair, and is going blind. His favorite thing to do with his Grandmother is to paint; since there won't be too much more time to do so with her.
