Born in Sheffield as the oldest of three boys, Andrew showed a natural proclivity towards machines at a young age. As he got older, it became more apparent, to him at least, that this proclivity was, in fact, a set of powers. Instead of sharing this, he chose to keep it to himself, and became a mechanical engineer. After his latest job, as a repair tech for biomedical research facility in New Victoria, ended when the building exploded, Andrew decided to strike out and create his own company, bringing his inventions to a larger audience.
