"The world does not end at Everwealth’s borders, though many would like to believe it does. Beyond lie kingdoms with their own laws, hungers, and ghosts."
 
Beyond the fractured borders of Everwealth lie nations and empires both ancient and emergent, each with their own tangled histories, customs, and ambitions. These foreign powers shape the geopolitical world Everwealth must navigate: allies in coin, rivals in conquest, and strangers in spirit. While Everwealth's people often see their kingdom as the center of civilization, the truth is far less certain. In the mist-shrouded south lies Kathar, a land of deserts, jungles, and megafauna where Orcish-led trade cartels and beastfolk tribes rule with pragmatic savagery. To the distant east, Kibonoji clings to the scars of exile and prophecy, now hardened into a militant theocracy whose every move reminds Everwealth of the unfinished business of The Great Schism. These lands, along with smaller principalities, scattered island nations, and unclaimed wilds, form the outer ring of Everwealth's influence, tantalizing in trade, but perilous in politics. Foreign powers serve as mirrors and foils to Everwealth's fragmented identity. They test its strength, exploit its weaknesses, and trade with its cities when it suits them. Diplomatic relations are inconsistent, shaped more by necessity than any lasting ideology. Caravans come bearing silks, sand-glass, exotic beasts, and potent alchemicals, while emissaries leave with their pockets heavy and their secrets heavier still. Some nations resent Everwealth’s rise from the ashes of the Schism, while others eye its instability as an opportunity. In times of peace, the borders crack open just wide enough to allow cultural exchange and cautious diplomacy. In times of war, those same cracks widen into fault lines, and the tremors can be felt in every corner of the kingdom.
