Those who hoard wealth or refuse to aid their community are viewed as pariahs, their selfishness seen as a threat to the fragile balance that sustains them all. The phrase, "A hand that does not help is a hand that turns to ash," reflects the harsh judgment faced by those who refuse to contribute. Many Everwealthy kings have learned this lesson firsthand.
