Born to a Queen of a powerful land, a mother who had everything most in these dark times could ever want, but would rather leap from the tallest point of the Ivory Tower moments after his birth than deal with the foul monster of a King which was her husband for another moment. Duncan through his life of high expectations, his father's assassination, to his 14th birthday when a young man with little knowledge of the cruel nation he inherited beyond books and what he could see from the castle walls that became like a prison to protect him; Has known great hardship, giving him a greater respect and understanding of the hardships his people suffer than many before him. Few speak of any misdeed from his majesty, though this may simply be from the strict watch he is held under to preserve him, the last of his esteemed lineage which brought Everwealth together; His restrictions preventing the inexperienced and idealistic young king from making the grave mistake which cements him as yet-another of Everwealth's 'mad monarchs' like many nations speak of our leadership, admittedly not without reason.
Current Status
Locked away in the Ivory Tower of Opulence (Everwealth's capital fortress) to protect the royal bloodline in this time of war. Out-of-touch with his kingdom but living, though lack of any heirs presents much political strain among his peers.
