Velian Diplomat Arrives at Black-Eye

Fearing the invasion of one of the most powerful organizations in the world, Velia attempts a peaceful action.

A half-elven diplomat arrives to sneering and scouring in the humano-centric camp outside Black-Eye. After organizing a meeting with the Commander, the diplomat shares some offers with the Lowvires before the Commander exits the room to speak privately with an advisor.   With the diplomat now hung by the neck over the gates of Black-Eye, Commander Pearl es Lowvire announces to her troops that The Empire of Lowvire is now at war with Velia.
