Velia Calls Levee in Hadenfroy

Having no word back from their diplomat, Velia prepares for the worst.

The diplomat that was sent to Black-Eye hadn't returned, and that means they either switched sides, or was killed. Knowing Lowvire's reputation, the Earl of Hadenfroy ordered a levee in Western Hadenfroy.   One general; Haosen, was ordered to raise a peasant army and take the fight to the Lowvires.
