The White Phoenix
Standing at the foot of the main avenue that stretches into Caldona's Rise, the White Phoenix is perhaps the largest institutionalized gambling arena in all of Reledus (some would argue, in all of the Empire).
It became immensely popular shortly after the invasion when two things happened: Firstly, the coinage changed from Velian Errins to Imperial Crowns, so people needed a beneficial way of exchanging their wealth, and the introduction of Imperial law in Awn signified that unofficial gambling in places without a gambling license was not illegal and placed under the threat of fines for gamblers, and imprisonment for the owner of the gambling arena.
