Fevan stands tall and acts high and mighty despite his labouring background and he encourages his family to do the same. Thus, the Miller family are seen as hoighty, peering at people down their noses.
Fevan, along with a little help from the Smiths, built up the watermill on the northeast side of town that his family inhabits. Since it's one of few mills along the Meseline river, running it is very profitable, allowing Fevan and his family many luxuries, like being able to pay for the area around the mill to be undisturbed gardens and apple orchards.
Fevan treasures his family and raises his children in the best way he knows how. He loves his wife and they are considered to be among the most successful of non-nobles this side of Andrala.
