The Dondair family is led by the family members. At the moment Galas Dondair is running the business with his wife, cousin, uncle, and three children. The members of the syndicate are always responsible to the Dondair family, and no order goes of without authorization from some one of the family.

As a front Dondair family is high ranking noble family in city-state of Harigas. It is quite common knowledge that Dondair family is also one running many of the cities illegal activities. In shadows the main goal of the Dondair family is to snuff out the competitors from the city and to ensure that the wealth and authority of their family remains.

Dondair family owns many assets within the Harigas, and is running most of the cities weaveries.
History
Dondair family has been present in Harigas ever since its founding. It is said that the founding father of the house was also a very good comrade of the first king, Tien Nimblefinger. After the succession war after Tiens death, the new king was not anymore so fond of Dundair family, but they still remained in the city-state as they were powerfull name in the fledling city.
It is said that father of current head of the house, Darion Dondair, was one to start leading his family's direction more to the grey area and to illegal businesses. Still it took him not a long time before he could call himself a crime lord in the power. It is widely talked, that Dondair family is the true power behind the throne, and current head of the family, Galas Dondair, is a personal advisor to the queen.
