Peilsas is often considered one of the most beautifull creatures in Evernight, and some claim she is an incarnaton of Nightlady herself. She is tall and slender, with waist long hair and violet deep eyes.

Personal history

Much isn't know about Peilsas Sunless, the High Priestess of the Nightlady. it is claimed that she was born and raised to clergy of Criakin in some unknown village in the Hardlands. All that is known, that soon after the foundation of Merian, during the festivities for the Reaping in year 12765 she stood in the front of the Shadowflare Academy and declared herself as the High Priestess. Although this declaration took most of the world by suprise, it is rumored, that those faihtfull to Criakin did already know about this. Before that the whole clergy and followers of the Nightlady had been most secretive of all the gods except maybe for fatefull of the Hidden. 
Many servants of the gods of Court of Light and mercenaries tried to kill the self-declared High Priestess during first days after her revelation, but it was soon shown to the world that se truly was the Chosen of the Eclipse she claimed to be, for even the most powerfull adversaries were unable to overpower her dark divine powers and her wicked mace.
After that Peilsas has traveled all around Evernight, arriving unannounced and without warning to great cities and small villages alike. She is never a welcomed guest, but no one dares to deny her for her powers. She has visited even the Temple of the Sun in the Isles of Dawn, and even the priests of Daylord dared not turn her from their doors. Where ever she goes, Peilsas meets with people in private, commoners and nobles alike. In the beginning it was thought that she was meeting with those who revere Nightlady, for despite her example most of the followers of Criakin remain nameless and hidden, but time has shown, that at least not everyone she meets worship Nightlady, not even secretly. No one has ever dared to reveal what they have discussed privately with the Chosen of the Eclipse, not even Dawnwatcher Kalachias Marakos.
