Halon was born in the outskirts of Harigas. It is said that he was born during the greatest storm of the decade, and a lightning struck the house just a second before his birth, heralding of great things to come.
This was concidered a great blessing by his parents, even more so as Halon was born as an aasimar, despite his parents being both humans. His parents were devote followers of Eswa the Comrade, and they believed that they had been blessed.
Halon grew in the outskirts of Harigas, learning the ways of the city. In home he was always well-behaved and respectfull. This is why his parents never doubted a moment when he said as 12-years old that he had joined with priests of the Judge to learn under their teaching. After this he was rarely seen by his parents as most of his time was spent learning the ways of the Judge. It was only five years later as a distant relative, a devote follower of the Judge, was able to discern that Halon was not really an acolyte of the Judge. After this Halon leaved his home and his parents have heard nothing of him ever since.
It is nowadays known, that Halon spent those years working with some of the most notorious people in the City of Thieves. After leaving his home, Halon quickly started as a carriage driver for local logistics for Darksbane corporation in Harigas. He was to deliver goods to shops and wealthy individuals within the city. Halon also spent this time working with his own machinations, and very soon he was known as the best dealer of illegal goods, smuggled or stolen goods by the underbelly of Harigas. He did this all while still delivering his assigments by the Darksbane corporation, as well as negoating more customers and better deals. His talents were notified by the supervisors of Harigas branch of corporation, and Halon was promoted to sales representive.
As Halon continues to gain more renown within the corpotion, high ranking members of Harigas branch began to disappear or resign from their seats. This happened during long period of time, and no one could connect them together. However after sometime a leader of Harigas branch Darksbane corporation was killed in a riding accident, and a new leader had to be nominated. The board and CEO of Darksbane corporation looked trough the applicants, and clearly decided, that Halon was a member with most experince and recommendations.
Thus Halon was placed as the leader of Harigas branch. He did not remain in this position for long time, for only after a year of this a gnome investigator began to openly claim that Halon was in fact one of the most corrupt and brutal criminals in the city. He told that he had been hired by a wife of a deceased high ranking official of corporation. The wife had suspected that someone had assasinated his husband. Couple of days later the wife had been found dead in his apartment that had burned down due to "unfortunate" winds breaking the lantern near the house and setting it on fire. After this incident the private investigator had begun to look into matter, and his studies pointed that Halon was after these murders and many more. He had no proof for his claims, and after three days of coming to publicity with this information, he was mugged in the street, and died soon after to infection to his wound in the temple of the Comrade.
Despite the lack of evidence, the board members of Darksbane corporation saw this kind of reputation to be unaccetable from high ranking members of the corporation, so they had to let Halon go.
After this Halon opened his own business in Harigas, and his trade has been quite profitable. He is respected or feared by every citizen, and his merchandise, both legal and illegal, are highly sought after.
Some also whisper that Halon is the true might behind the throne of Harigas, and that he rules every decission made by queen and her council.

Education

As a child raised in Harigas, Halon received the most basic education with all the other children. After this it is unknown what he has studied.

Employment

Halon spent many years working for Darksbane corporation, first as a lower worker, and later on as a leading sales representative and as a local leader of Harigas branch. He was released from service after rumors of his methods began to spread, and after that he has worked in his own business. He is also known to be in the queens council for matters concerning trade and foreign affairs.

Halon is well known citizen of Harigas. He claims to know everyone important enough, and although he has kept his businesses mostly inside Harigas, his name is also known in other city-states.

After leaving home Halon has been in no contacts with his family.

Halon has not declared his allegiance to any god. Some still claim, that he speaks to himself as if praying in moments he thinks no one is watching, and some claim that he carries a holy symbol tattooed in his body, though no one can provide any proof of this.

Halon is a charismatic man with his hands in every kind of business. Mostly he is seen as a fast talking and charming sales man, but the criminal world of Harigas also know his ruthless side, which has gained quite a reputation in certain circles.

Despite this he has never shown much of his wealth to anyone, and no one really realizes how wealthy he truly is. Sometimes he has been asked where he keeps his riches, but no one has been able to get the answer.
