Zawalite

Zawalites, commonly called Sand Elves by non-Elves, were a dark-skinned, medium size people best known for their mastery of fire magic and conquering what is now Amazwe, driving the Anu Peshla from the Material Plane. After being wiped out in the Sylvan War, former Zawalite cities were left abandoned for centuries before being repopulated with Amazweans and Bazir. While not much remains of Zawalite civilization, they were known as master weaponsmiths and their legendary swords are popular with rich collectors.
