Seal Bay Colony

Seal Bay is a prison colony operated by the Third Empire of Evermore. Primarily left to their own devices, prisoners are simply left here to fend for themselves with minimal Legion oversight. Many volunteer to work hunting seals for the Empire out of boredom, as there is no money and there is certainly no escape- a sentence to Seal Bay is one for life. The dangerous waters around the island and naturally occurring calming gasses make escape nearly impossible, to say nothing of the distance to the nearest land- swimming would be suicidal.

Demographics

Seal Bay is one of the most diverse places on the entire continent, as every faction sends their most dangerous criminals here.

Government

The prisoners sent to Seal Bay and their descendants tend to band together into gangs competing for ideal territory, food, and supplies. While these gangs do have some form of leadership, the reality of life in "the bowl" of Seal Bay Island is that it is an orderless colony of pirates, murderers, anarchists, and worse. The only law is that might makes right.

Industry & Trade

The Legion outpost on Seal Bay makes good money trading in seal pelts collected by prisoners, and occasionally selling obsidian.
