Gemloki

The Gemloki, or Rock Elves, were Elves that lived in what are now the mountains of Lancaster. They were tall, broad-shouldered Elves with faceted eyes that mimicked gemstones. They had white, gray, or red skin that varied from stronghold to stronghold, and black hair. They were the enemies of the ancient Tegdylun, who they warred with long before the arrival of Skaldorans on Illiria.
