Dreaming Trees

Dreaming Trees are semi-sentient trees with midnight black bark and leaves. They bleed red when cut, and grow faces similar to the Weeping Trees of The Whispering Madness. Popular mythology tells that the Dreaming Trees, which grow in The Greenlands, are descended from corrupted Weeping Trees. They are known for inducing nightmares in those that eat the leaves, and for the spirits that live inside them. The spirits visit those sleeping nearby and give advice or try to trick people in their dreams.
