Dragon's Tooth
Dragon's Tooth is a large city-outpost under the total control of the Imperial Marines. The city is surrounded by massive sea-gates which protect it's many harbors. There are relatively few civilians compared to the thousands of marines and sailors stationed here, with most of the civilians working as shipbuilders and stevedores. The outpost is controlled by the Blade Hymn of Silent Rivers, who employs multiple communications wizards to command the River Fleets and send reinforcements where they are needed.
History
In the early 860's, the River Kingdoms were in complete disarray from the Candle Revolt of 859 and the subsequent period of pirate warlords laying claim to whole swaths of Kingdoms like Karendal and Lainland.
