Bureau of Intelligence and Temporal Sabotage

BITS is an interplanar temporal law enforcement agency that specializes in repairing damage caused to the timestream of any reality they inhabit. It is accessible through a building called "Quantumco" in the Time Grounds. It was founded by The Seasonal as a way to keep agents that could operate throughout time on his behalf to keep everything stable despite the intervention of Children of Fate or malicious attacks from Mishran, the banished god of fate.
BITS agents are collected from dead police officers and investigators across time. When a pure intentioned officer of the law dies, their soul is judged as such by Nex Szar at the Death Gates, and they are given an opportunity to serve The Seasonal for an indeterminate amount of time in exchange for a better afterlife when their service is over. Considering that BITS exists outside of time itself, very few agents have actually crossed over.
