World Alliance League

The World Alliance League was Founded in 1300 by all of the different entities that signed the Eclipse Treaty.
Consisting of Dragol, Aezraghn, Hugo, Carnleon, The Feywild, The Shadowfell, and all other Realms in the First Dimension. Founded for the purpose of protecting and serving the needs of all life to avoid universal destruction.

Structure

The W.A.L is a governmental system implemented by every society within the first dimension. The different societies signed the Ecliplse treaty agreeing to provide open acess to their resources and systems in return for every neccessity that society needed in order to survive. The World Alliance League has three departments. Defense, Treasury, Social. Each with a separate approved guild to operate inner functions. The Watchers is the W.A.Ls head Defensive guild. S.A.F.E is the W.A.Ls head social guild. Lastly, The Interdimensional Treasury Council is the W.A.Ls head treasury guild.

Culture

Members of the World Alliacne league are drawn from the countires the sign the treaty not only as agreement but requirement. No signature was allowed on the treaty unless a society could find representation on The W.A.L

The Diversity inside the W.A.L flourishes and if addressed and contained to each members need. The HQ is sperated into offices where each society has its dedicated members.

Public Agenda

The World Alliance League's purpose to maintain an equitable balance between all life evermore. Pursuing the Noble task of uniting all life. This peace would be one pushed by the countries and kingdoms themselves and not an external force onto them, in hopes of being able to avoid another dimensional catastrophe.

Assets

The W.A.L contains the Treasury of most major Kingdoms. The Kingdoms that elected to keep their treasuries private are instead fined a heafty amount of gold, military assests, equipment, and other valubales equal to their share of according to the Eclipse Treaty.

History

The World Alliance League was founded at the end of the Eclispe Age. The Founding of the W.A.L and the last country signing the Eclipse Treaty caused for all the conditions to be met. Elizabeth Hawkhold the 2nd, concurrant Headmaster of Evergrim University and High King of Dragol was in a unique postion of power at the turn of the age and so played a major part in the formation of the W.A.L and the Royal era.

Demography and Population

The W.A.L represents all within the First dimension, primarily the Material plane. Populated by all the different species and lifeforms on Evermoore.

Military

Along with the Watchers discrescion the W.A.L does individual contract worth with mercenarys. The most famous being Athos, Pathos, and Aramis; The top soldiers in the W.A.Ls military.

Technological Level

Due to the W.A.L having intimate acess to every represnivitves resources the technological and scientific level of The W.A.L is the most advanced in evermore.

Trade & Transport

Interdimensional trade is accomplished via Doorways, established trade routes, magic, and private methods usually employed by nobles.

Education

Evergrim University located in Hugo is the most prestigious academy in Evermoore. Nearly all of its members are alumni of Evergrim University and have been integral members of the community since its founding in 1275 D.Y

The W.A.L is universally accepted as an authrority in all societies in Evermoore during the Royal era
