Surta elven dialect

This language originates from the most ancient Elven language, which was only influenced by technological development - that is, in contrast to the Mystical elven language, they did not take expressions from other languages very much, but added their own words to them. Surta elven dialect is spoken by Elves in Ilia Bay and Lifeon (and who learn Elvish here), except for mages in Neoron who communicate in a mixture of Mystic elven dialect and Sheyarin.
