Konrad Ludenhof was the eldest son of Aldebrand Ludenhof and Ludmilla Ludenhof née Helmholtz, Crown Prince of Hochland, and Baron of Esk, and the Burgrave of Fort Schippel. He died in 2522 IC during the Seige of Fort Schippel, killed in single combat by Vardek Crom.
Though nearing his 40s, Kondrad had failed to sire an heir with his wife Else Ludenhof-Tussen née von Tussen before his death. However, it is rumoured that Kondrad and his wife did have a child — named Viktor Ludenhof-Tussen — who was born during the Seige of Fort Schippel within its walls. Despite this, neither the child, nor their mother, were found in the wreckage of the fort, nor have they been seen since.
Kondrad was a reknown swordsman, and well decorated among the tourney grounds of Hochland, Talabechland, and Middenland. He was considered by his peers to be the 'model knight, son, and noble,' and news of his death was seen as a great loss among Hochlanders.
