Structure

Grandmaster(s) of Forsaken - The top person(s) in the order. This person or persons represent the culmination of the intellectual and martial prowess of the Order. The Grandmaster(s) are selected through various competitions every ten years, there are two main categories, the Solo Decent, and the Innovation Competition.
Elders - The Elders serve on a council of 5 members. They serve as advisors for the Grandmaster(s). The Elders are a life appointment by the guild, and cannot be removed except by death or resignation.
Master - The rank of Master is the highest rank an individual can achieve without having to have any major responsibility within the Order. Masters have proven themselves either out in the world or within the Chasm. They sometimes act as mentors to new members of the Order.
Artificer and Warden - The Artificer and Warden are ranks of the same standing. They are individuals who have made their way past the new member stage. The Artificers are those who excel at magics and research relating to the field. Wardens on the other hand have proven themselves very capable in the field and in battle.
Aspirant - New members to the Order. The are assigned to groups of 3-4 until they prove themselves to be worthy of either the rank of Artificer or Warden. Many times this involves going into the Chasm and testing themselves as a group within its halls.
