previously telegraphy boxes needed to be transported by cart or had be stationary in a forward operating base. but know the common infarty man could communicate with high command to relay back information or ask permission to exploit a breach instead of having to wait for order which could take a day to reach them.
these boxes are carried on the backs of soldiers.

Access & Availability

these new weapons were brought into use during the regents counter attack however they were mainly given to the seterchan army. there was only 100 made however there success pushed them into production
