light cruisers are the new wonder weapon of the twin sultanates navy

Utility

they are used as fast ship well armored and well protected. they are the navy's anti convoy ship. they are able to out run the castilan navy ships and then attack the convoys.

Manufacturing

light cruisers take a substantial time to build due to the fact they are so interact and expensive. they have more Armour then regular cruisers. have more powerful engines and carry large amounts of ammo including hell-storm torpedoes which are alchemy infused weapons. most of these weapons also take a long time to make.

Inventor(s)

the regent came up with the idea and then gave it to the heads of the secret arms project bureau.

Access & Availability

the navy has only 4 of these new weapons in its arsenal. 3 are in the 1st grand fleet and the other is in the fleet reserve.
