The Inoputasian Government

The north half of Dinubis is ruled by 2 cities, Inoputas and Xi. Together they combine to make the Inoputasian Government, and have representatives from both cities that exchange ideologies in order to decide what is best for their people. Northern Dinubis is still in turmoil from the CIVIL WAR, due to how small of a size it actually is. It is currently home to the highest crime rate in the world.
