Inoputas

Inoputas is considered the capital city of Northern Dinubis. It also has the most amount of people in Euclidia. It is not the largest city, but it definitely holds a high stature. THE CIVIL WAR OF DINUBIS is what separated the northern half from the southern, and over time a swamp formed, making a perfect line for the split.
