Session II: Escape the Warp

General Summary

Tricked into a trap by a mysterious, yet familiar, force while tailing High Lord Seth Vikar, the party has found themselves in a dangerous plane. Locke recognises the Warp and, indeed, the countless threats it poses to any who remain in it for too long; both physical and psychological. They need to get out of here, fast, if they want to catch up to Vikar and find out what he's doing. Some options are presented to them, but none are all too appealing. Firstly, however, they have a more pressing issue... Daemons.

Notes

  • The Inquisition has reacted to the new rise of the Four Daemon Gods with Crusades, attempting to keep their corruption from spreading. This will, however, prove very taxing for their resources, inevitably causing the Inquisition to attempt to broaden its reach. This will most certainly not be the last the group hears of this Inquisition, the question is, how will they react to the Soddoran Theocracy.
  • There is confirmation that Dawn has arrived at Soddorash and is supplying the Inquisition with information. The infiltration seems not to be born of malice but rather of intrigue. It also seems that Soddorash has welcomed her presence and has begun to cooperate.
  • There is a rift opened somewhere within the Soddoran Theocracy's territory. The Warp spills out onto the Material Plane and now, the party can only hope that Soddorash finds it before long.
