Florence Irwin was born a sailor. As a child, he spent more time on the waves than on land. He has no end of tales and myths of the sea, gathered from those times. He grew up on a merchant's vessel, always harbouring cargo with some sort of alcohol. He, thusly, developed a taste for it at quite a young age. He has seen plenty pirate's in his time and is no stranger to a little violence, a small mercy in his inn, given its incredibly unruly nature. Because of his background, and his occupation, he can practically acquire passage on any ship set to leave the docks. He's both an Innkeep and the single man you talk to if you want to get on a ship, truly the Master of Black Anchor.
