Aetorilleaux are a primarily terrestrial tribe of Crockorus native to Valoreum and parts of Eveynjar. For the Aetorilleaux, it is their armor that makes them unique. Like their namesake, the Aetosaurs, the Aetorilleaux possess incredibly strong osteoderms that cover their head, back, and tails. This armor is as strong as chainmail. Also, the Aetorilleaux are entirely herbivorous, unable to digest animal matter. In Eveynjar, this tribe can be found in small communities in Hallojar and Urrudea.

Spiny Exterior

Your spines and hard armor make it incredibly hard to attack. You have a +1 bonus to your AC, and whenever a creature attempts to attack you with an unarmed attack, it takes 1d6 piercing damage from your spines.

Digger

Due to your more terrestrial lifestyle, you lose your swim speed, but gain a burrow speed of 15 ft.

Plant Muncher

Your physiology is designed for eating plants. Though you cannot eat meat, you are incredibly resistant to the toxins of many plants. You are resistant to poison damage, and don't suffer from the negative effects of eating toxic potion ingredients, so long as the ingredient comes from a plant.

Additionally, you deal critical damage to any plant type creature whenever you hit it with your bite attack.

  • Heads. Your head is more shovel-shaped, ideally adapted for a burrowing lifestyle.
  • Backs. Your body is lined with thick osteoderms and spines, making your appearance look similar to a armadillo.
  • Limbs. Due to your terrestrial lifestyle, your limbs still retain their robustness, but don't possess any webbing.
