Districts
- Old Falkenfell: The oldest and most historical district in Falkenfell. It is home to many noble houses, mage services, and high-end mercantile businesses.
- Fallen Mounds: A cemetery/park in the center of Falkenfell dedicated to those who have passed on from the mortal coil. Most are heroes, warriors, and people who have made names for themselves.
- Falken Fortress: The seat of the jarldom of the Eplepa hold. It is currently home to Jarl Vuthala Redeyes.
- Ald'r Holm: A large upper-class to middle-class district that also functions as a Temple District. The most notable temple in this district is dedicated the Light Dragon progenitor Lumeris, who is called Ald'r in Indeljar.
- Ashenpass: A district that got its name from the large amount of ash trees within it. Now, it is mostly a mercantile or adventurer's district.
- West Borough: A middle-class district in western Falkenfell.
- Rav'n Gate: A trading district that funnels in goods from Rav'nside and the Savaboia plain. Most of the goods are vegetable crops, lumber, and ancient artifacts.
- Plain Gate: A large trading district that funnels in goods from Seddas and the Indel Plain. Most of the goods are stonework and grains.
- Sunset Road: A trading district that funnels in goods from Grimmtop and the rest of the Eplepa hold. Most of the goods are mined materials and lumber. It is also the head quarters for the border patrol.
- Cliffsevain Road: A lower-class district mostly comprised of farmers. It also funnels in farmed goods from the Cliffsevain hills.
- Skoldr's Rock: A mining village centered around a chunk of Stahl'rim that doesn't seem to have a source. Perhaps the source lies deeper.
- Stahl'road: A trading district centered around goods from the Rothedomic hold. Most of the goods are made of Stahl'rim and other materials from that hold.
Architecture
Falkenfell architecture is comprised mainly of buildings made of granite, with accents of fir, spruce, and pine with tile roofs made of slate coming from Rav'nside. Most locals can tell apart the various types of granite found in the city, and most have a particular favorite due to color, grain size, or some other obscure facet of granite.
Geography
Land Features:
- Skoldr's Rock: A huge chunk of Stahl'rim named after the Ice Dragon Progenitor. It is believed to have been found after Babylon's ensnarement. Perhaps there is a reason for that....
- Cliffsevain Hills: The foothills that connect the Savaboian Mtns. and the Heightless Divide. It is fairly arable land, and is used to farm many vegetable crops like turnips, beetroots, and cabbages.
- Askkog (Ashen Forest): A section of forest lying between the Granskog and the Rothedomic Boreal, and a part of the Eplepa hold.
- Granskog (Fir Forest): A coniferous forest coprised mostly of Fir, Spruce, and Pine trees. It dominates most of the Eplepa hold and parts of the Harmere Tundra.
Climate
One of the wettest and warmest regions of Indeljar. However, it also gets a lot more snow than other regions during the winter due to this.
