Emberhold

Officially an outpost of the Grimtol Strongholds as a location of rest for some of the mining operations in the area. However, it has a large Azure Regiment garrison in the larger of the 2 fortifications that make up the site.
Only a small contingent of Grimtol dwarves are permanently stationed, most other dwarves are just passing travelers, or suppliers.
The two factions have a mutual agreement with the Regiment fending off any local threats and the dwarves furnishing food and supplies quicker than could otherwise be organized. For the most part they stay in their respective fortifications and keep out the affairs of the other.
This small outpost is believed to be near the Regiment black site known as Ice Peak Mountain . Cooking supplies, food and water are still shipped to this location, but given that the Dwarves already fulfill this role and no large stockpiles are found it's believed they are taken to the black site some how.
